I love it when I come across random cross-cultural moments in my daily life.
Case in point: Alpenliebe lollies.
I was introduced to them in India, but they have a German name that means something like “the love of mountains” (Alpen = mountains, Liebe = love) and now I eat them in Australia.
Just makes me smile 🙂
